TAKE UP YOUR BOW AND ARROW
The Resident Pastor of the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company, (LPRC) Paul Jappah has encouraged the LPRC family to be fervent in prayer as Liberia fight against the pestilence, Ebola.
Preaching from the Text: 2nd Kings 13:15-19, on Wednesday, October 15 Under Tree, Pastor Jappah informed the gathering not to take the prevailing health situation lightly as it calls for prayer in helping the Sub-region, Liberia and LPRC to be saved. He urged everyone to take their bow and arrow just as Elijah instructed the king in the days of old.
There were special prayers offered for the nation, LPRC and family members of employees and contractors.
In a brief remark, Managing Director T. Nelson Williams, II urged everyone to take Ebola seriously with the aim being no new cases. “As we go around making donations, specifically in Bomi and other places we see people are being healed as there are survivors”.
During the service, Asst P/R Manager William K. Morris announced that MD T. Nelson Williams has said that there be a Fast & Prayer service every Wednesday under the tree and that the MD will be responsible for the refreshment to enable us break the fast.
