 « Latest News »  FOUR HOSPITALS RECEIVE 700 GALLONS DIESEL FUEL EACH
The Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC) by directive of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf on Wednesday, August 6, donated seven hundred gallons of diesel fuel worth of coupons each to four hospitals in the country.
 
The John F. Kennedy (JFK) Medical Center, St. Joseph`s Catholic Hospital, Benson Hospital and Redemption Hospital were the four medical facilities that benefitted from the 700 gallons of diesel fuel worth of coupons as they continue to go the extra mile by being on the frontline in combating the deadly Ebola virus as they regularly treat patients with Ebola and others affected by other diseases.
 
Making four separate donations at these various hospitals, LPRC Assistant Public Relations Manager, William K. Morris, said by directive of the head of the Ebola National Task Force and President of Liberia, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, the LPRC was giving seven hundred gallons of diesel fuel worth of coupons in buttressing these hospitals fight in helping patients affected by Ebola and other diseases.
 
Mr. Morris also sent out message from the LPRC Managing Director T. Nelson Williams, II whom he said is appreciative of the work of the health workers who are on the frontline combating Ebola and other diseases. “Mr. Williams is praying along with you all that the Lord continue to protect you in this period as you continue to make the sacrifices in combating Ebola and other diseases by treating patients ”, Mr. Williams noted.
 
Receiving the coupons, Doctors Wannie Mccdonald of the JFK, Samuel Bowman of the St. Joseph`s Catholic Hospital, Jimi Benson and Mohammed Sackor of the Benson and Redemption Hospitals respectively, extended profound thanks and appreciation to President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf and the LPRC family for the gesture and promised to continue to work in the interest of the country.
