LPRC Deputy Managing Director for Administration Takes Office.
MONROVIA, LIBERIA- February 8, 2024, LPRC Deputy Managing Director for Administration, Honorable Jacob Smith has officially taken office in a brief ceremony held at the Company's Bushrod Island headquarters in Monrovia.
Mr. Smith who was recently appointed by HE. Joseph Nyumah Boakai, President of the Republic of Liberia, was welcomed and introduced to the Senior Management Team (SMT) of the Liberia Petroleum Refining Company (LPRC) by the Managing Director Hon. Amos B. Tweh in the Board Room of the Company.
During the ceremony, MD Tweh congratulated Hon. Smith for his preferment by the President and expressed his excitement in working with Mr. Smith and other members of the Senior Management Team to achieve the President's agenda.
For his part, Hon. Smith commended the President of the Republic of Liberia for affording him the opportunity to serve his country. He also promised to work with his colleagues the MD, SMT, and the Board of Directors of the LPRC to achieve the President's Agenda for a better Liberia.
