Tank 1:
  • Latest Report from the Planning & Project unit 

Project Field Monitoring & Observations
 
Tank 2:
  • Assessed by Motherwell Bridge Limited (MBL), CJ Construction and LPRC for rehabilitation of the tank
  • Agreed to turn over to MBL for rehabilitation
  • Agreed to have LPRC Operations remove non working valves
  • Work will commence based on risk assessment from safety and Operation/Tech service; to provide work permit

Tank 3:
  •  Foundation and steel work done about 95.3%
  • Continue welding of roof plates and tank roof ongoing
  • Installing now started on inlet, outlet and water drainage system
  • Installing handrail at the roof of tank

Tank 4:
  •  Foundation complete at 83.1%
  • Tier 3 erected and now being welded
 Tank 9:
  • Foundation and procurement at 77.19% completion
  • Final welding of bottom plate near completion
  • Crane not functioning and awaiting parts for repair
  • Erection of Tier1 expected to begin upon repair of crane-still down

Tank 11:
  • Foundation and steel erection adjudged at 61.72%.
  • Foundation Failure correction in progress
  •  Form prepared for casting
Fire Water Tank:
  •  Work completed at 89.10%
  • Steel removed from bottom plate for foundation concrete testing
  • Final welding now completed on bottom plate after testing
  • Testing of tank outstanding
CCTV:
  • Most furniture and air condition now installed
  • Completing final camera installation
  • Camera #2 has been repaired and now operational
  • Team started moving over to new CCTV location

Laboratory Building
  •  All interior doors installed
  •  Installation of extraction fans and AC units complete
  • Casting of R.C. ramps and stair complete
  •  All bathroom fixtures, and electrical fittings installation ongoing
  • Installation of emergency exit signs complete
  •  Canopy wood foundation installed
  •  Work remains at +/-93.95% complete. 
Jetty lines & Walkway
  • Vessel in port
  • From the Jetty to Total tank farm one line installed of 137 pipes installed

LPRC Parking Lot Pavement:
  •  Area covered with concrete is now 19,040 sq ft at 50.12%
  • Area covered with steel rod is at 21,236 sq ft at 55.89%
