« Oiler Sport Association (OSA) »  THIRD PLACE FINISH
Another football season is over, and the oilers squad has ended empty handed.

At third spot at the end of the season with 38 points behind Barrack Young Controllers (BYC) and runner-up Liberia Shipping and Corporate Registry (LISCR), the performance of the Oil boys is an indication that a lot more needs to be done if the dream of winning Silverware anytime soon is to be realized.

The lowly rate status of the football squad clearly shows there is a need for fresh blood or a young, hungry and competitive squad if the team must once more get its sensational status.

Regarded as the highest paid team in the country, the oilers have failed to deliver on the big stage as there is a need to get back on the drawing board in making amends.

In contrast, the basketball squad is making inroads as they have already won back to back Championships and look like making it three in a row this season.

The football squad is nowhere near their basketball counterparts despite the same sort of support which shows that there must be some tuning from a football perspective.
